What's a panoply?
Panoply – (noun) an extensive or impressive collection; a splendid display; [HISTORICAL•LITERARY] a complete suit of armour.
In the great hymn ‘Soldiers Of Christ Arise’ we find this verse:
Stand then in his great might,
with all his strength endured,
and take, to arm you for the fight,
the panoply of God.
