We are looking for your input as we head towards September and the possibility of gathering again. To this end we will survey everyone with a short questionnaire.

Filling in online is the desired method to return.

If you cannot do that you can phone in to have your responses recorded. Call your Elder or committee member, or just somebody you feel comfortable with who can use an Online Survey.

If these option prove impossible then a small number of paper copies can be made available at the church office.
